1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data within the GastroReady service is 100M Sp. z o.o., with registered office at ul. 2. What data we collect and why
- Orders: e-mail address, name and surname, optionally NIP, for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing the invoice and delivering the file-download link; the legal basis is performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contact: e-mail address and message content, for the purpose of replying; the legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cookies and server logs: IP address, browser type, visit time, for the purpose of operating the site, analytics and security; details in the cookies section.
3. Retention period
Order- and invoice-related data are kept for the period required by Polish tax and accounting law (typically 5 years). Contact-form data are kept until the matter is closed and potentially throughout the limitation period for claims. Logs and cookies — in line with the configuration of analytics tools (e.g. up to 26 months).
4. Recipients of data
Data may be transferred to: the payment operator (TPay) for the purpose of processing transactions, the hosting and e-mail provider (e.g. Vercel, Resend), and, where applicable, the accounting office. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes with third parties.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@gastroready.pl.
6. Cookies
The Service uses cookies for session handling, remembering preferences and analytics (Google Tag Manager, possibly Google Analytics). You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Details about cookie types and purposes are described in the Cookie Policy.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will inform you of material changes on the website or by e-mail at kontakt@gastroready.pl. The terms of service are set out in the Terms of Service.
